Ajugo has 2 years of experience in Systems Administration with a wide range of skillsets and knowledge ranging from troubleshooting and diagnosing, network support and desktop support, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services, Telephony, and support document creation. He is experienced in managing and using Active Directory services, Microsoft cloud-based services (Microsoft 365, Azure services, Intune etc.) and Cisco devices. Ajugo is a Microsoft Certified Professional, has various Cisco certifications and is due to sit for his CCNA.
Ajugo joined ITP Renewables in October 2021 as an IT Technician. He Recently finished his Diploma of Information Technology Networking with Canberra institute of Technology and has worked on various Network projects during his studies there.
At ITP, Ajugo is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems, end-user systems and software and to provide technical/helpdesk support to all ITP employees on-site and remotely to employees throughout Australia, including in our Sydney, and Adelaide offices. He supports the Network and System Administrator in day-to-day tasks, and he is involved in IT Projects related to improving the IT infrastructure.
